FREE DELIVERY on orders over £30 or No Minimum within LOCAL AREA

• LOCAL POST CODES (Wokingham & Bracknell) get FREE DELIVERY (No minimum Order) within 5 working days, see below for full details
• FREE LOCAL CLICK & COLLECT (No Minimum Order) – see below
• UK WIDE SPEND £50 in total to get FREE DELIVERY includes ALL FURNITURE
• All none Local Qualifying Orders that qualify will be sent on our STANDARD DELIVERY service
• Furniture will be sent via our Furniture Delivery service, see below

STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.50

All orders will automatically be sent on this service, if you are not in a hurry this is the most cost-effective option.

FAST DELIVERY - £6.00

This service arrives quicker than our standard delivery but is not gauranteed

• Delivery costs £6.00 and usually takes 2-3 working days
• May require a signature - COVID-19 - Other Proof of Delivery may be taken instead
• Parcels are sent Royal Mail Signed, Hermes or Parcelforce depending on the package size and urgency
• You will receive a despatch email when your goods leave us this will be within 1 working day, your package will then usually be with you within 1-2 working days
• Your tracking details will be on your email or you will be sent a email from the courier

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Next Working Day Tracked £9

If you would like your item ASAP, this is for you just place your order by 12pm and we will dispatch to you for the next working day

• Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery - Orders received by 12pm
• Delivery costs £9.00 and has a guaranteed 1-2 working day lead time

• Will require a signature - COVID-19 - Signature is not being taken just a name as confirmation
• You will receive a despatch email when your goods leave us this will be within 1 working day of your order, your package will then be with you within 24hrs

If you live local to Wokingham, we will carefully wrap and hand deliver your order free of charge, just select this option at check out.

International Parcel Delivery

We deliver all over the world, although there are some restrictions ..

• Delivery flat cost of £12.50
• Delivery Time: Europe:4-6 working days Worldwide: 6-8 working days
• Will require a signature
• Restrictions: Max Weight 2kg, Small Parcels Only maximum item length 50cm, additional costs may be necessary if parcel exceeds size or weight limits. We will contact you to request payment if this is the case.
• You will receive a despatch email when your goods leave us this is usually within 1-2 working days but maybe slightly longer during COVID-19

• Furniture and all orders over £50 will automatically be delivered unless email request is sent

Returns: Online & Mail Order Purchases

We hope that your purchase from Antique Rose reaches you in perfect condition and you are happy with your purchase. If you find it unsuitable or you're not entirely satisfied we will be happy to offer a full refund of the item (s) returned. This refund is subject to the following conditions:-

• Items are unused and undamaged and in their original packing, and wrapping provided to avoid postal damage;
• Items are received within 21 days from the date of dispatch in their original condition (not including faulty items).

We cannot give refunds in the following cases:

• Personalised items unless faulty, miss-spelt or miss-represented
• Earrings unless the item is faulty, miss-spelt or miss-represented;
• Items returned after 14 days.
• Damaged items not notified by email to us within 14 days.
• Goods returned are at your own expense.

However, if you forget we will be happy to issue a Gift Voucher redeemable in store or on line up to 28 days after purchase.

We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier so that you have proof of dispatch. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us. Alternatively you can return your item in-store with paperwork. Items returned

• Within 21 days for full refund
• Within 28 days for an exchange or credit note
