ONLINE RETURNS
You have the right to return any item, please notify us within 14 days of
delivery, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s)
- Please email your order number, date of purchase, items you wish to return & reason why
- Return postage cost is your responsibility, unless original order is over £75
- Shipping labels or INPOST Lockers can be provided at £3.95 .
- On receipt & processing a full refund will be issued to your payment method,
this can take 5 working days - See below for HOW TO RETURN
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

IN-STORE RETURNS
If you are not fully happy with your in-store purchase,
please return it to the store in person or by post.
REFUNDS
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase
for a full refund to your original payment method.
EXCHANGE / CREDIT
Items may be returned within 28 days of purchase
for an exchange or store credit.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached Proof of purchase is required
Exclusions:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons), Gift cards.
Sale/discounted items unless damaged or faulty

HOW TO RETURN:
You have 3 options:
option 1. Bring In to Store
- Bring Item and proof of purchase to our
Wokingham Store - If it is an online order we will credit your
original payment method within 10 days
option 2. Post It Back to Us
- Email us at customer@antiquerose.co.uk with
your order / receipt number, item details and reason for return - Post the item to:
Antique Rose, Bush Walk, Wokingham RG40 1AT
option 3. Request a Returns Label
- Or Alternatively contact us to provide a returns
label at cost from £3.95 (free for orders over £75) - We will email you your label or inpost locker
details and where to return

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order is incomplete or contains the wrong item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If accepted we will offer:
- A replacement (if available)
- A full or partial refund
We will notify you and provide a return
label if a return is required

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item develops a fault (e.g. stitching issues, hardware failure),
you have up to 6 months from the date of purchase to report the issue.
- Proof of purchase required
- We may request photos or return of the item for assessment
If a fault is confirmed, we will:
- Repair the item (if practical)
- Replace it
- Offer a refund or credit
Please note: General wear and tear or accidental
damage is not considered a manufacturing fault.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us
within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Include photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
- We will work with you to replace or refund the item
Damage claims made after 48 hours may not be
accepted due to courier claim deadlines.
